I am Namitha Varma Rajesh (Nami), a content strategist and leader with 16 years of experience. From poetry to journalism and media analysis, from fiction to SEO and Brand content, and emails and performance marketing ads to social media, I've seen content from various angles. I also come with experience of working in different work cultures, from reputed MNCs and media houses to startups, and from tradiotional organisations to FinTech and Edtech.
I’m a solution-oriented leader; I thrive on challenges. I believe in setting up processes & in constant upskilling and mentoring. People & workflow management, digital content strategy, stakeholder management and client liaison, and quick grasp of new concepts & technologies are my biggest strengths. I'm a polyglot fluent in 4 languages and conversational in 3 more. My poems and short stories have been published in the Kendriya Sahitya Akademi's bi-monthly journal, Indian Literature, in addition to over 35 online literary journals and magazines.
